Where is the 'Off' switch?

And by that I mean the part of my brain that comes up with HORRIBLE AUs OF DOOM for whatever anime/manga I am on at the moment. IT IS VERY INCONVENIENT. Slayers Inversed is one such spawn, and so is Omnia. OFF, damn brain, OFF. I have finals in two weeks, now is not the time ( Read more... )

There is no "off" switch. ::cackles:: I see nothing wrong with this affliction! Inversed is made of awesome, Omnia is made of awesome, and whatever it is that you're thinking of now is probably also made of awesome! Now I'm going to have to bug you into telling me, oh yes . . .

Anyway, with finals in two weeks, it's just as well to have something for relaxation, don't you think?

. . . I had this really weird dream where you, me, and Lucy were table-top roleplaying Cyberpunk AU. Except for a while we were actually in it, and then it switched back to characters again, and then again . . . it was weird. There was also something about being able to predict the future, and marking how much of the future had been predicted with blocks of cheese. It was . . . bizarre.

You know, I haven't been watching the Hellsing OVAs at all? It's kinda funny. Have you heard anything about the Vampire Knight anime? I'm reading the manga, so I thought maybe I'd give it a try . . . what's with the sudden profusion of vaguely goth anime, huh?

The bunny is looking forward to me telling you, because it knows you only encourage evil. Alas, I must battle the bunny, for I need the time!

Ooh, who were we role-playing in the AU? And I love dream-logic and how things that make absolutely no sense when awake makes perfect sense asleep. Sometimes I wonder if Ryuuki's truly mastered dream-logic...

I haven't seen the Vampire Knight anime, though if the manga is good, the anime usually isn't too terrible. Has there been a profusion of vaguely goth anime? <-haven't been really following any since Saiunkoku except for DGM...

DGM's pretty vaguely goth, so is Hellsing? In fact, both of those are extremely "vaguely goth." Amusingly enough, I'm listening to Nightwish while I'm working, and if that's not goth, you don't know what goth is (it's making me want to revisit my vampire fic, which is just an incredibly bad idea). I can't decide if I find them (Nightwish, not my vampires) very cool or very stupid.^^;;;;; <--a common problem

I want to know who I was playing in the Saiunkoku RPG!
