Talk about irony...
Ok so as many of you have read I was really having a hard time adjusting to the life in the up front cashier station stuff. But I realized that I was getting away with a ton of stuff now. I guess thats what happens when you are always on time, do what they say for like 4 years. And now I am getting a promotion to be in the front office as a customer service representative! Now I am actually excited about this to be honest. Yeah its the front end but at the same time it serves a purpose and it beats the hell out of being on a register. Although I really need to watch it because I know what that badge does to people and I know what its like to be on the other end of it. So I must not let it control me, and become part of the "dark side" as some are known to call it. But I have been learning stuff now for two days and I will be getting a lot of practice up there for the final two weeks of work coming up.
Other than that, today was the family reunion and that was a lot of fun. I mostly just sat around with my cousins and help take care of little Izzy. Most of everyone left around eight but I just got back a few min ago. It was a pretty crazy day. I wish I could've been there all day but they didnt decide to tell me about it until I already got my schedule for the week. But I guess its ok cuz I still got to go and I get to learn in the office in the same day. Man what a big start to the week.
