Check out Gametap.
Its a new PC program service. They allow you to download games through their program and play them right off of your PC. Games from all kinds of old systems, and some new games (Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, for example). The best thing is, there is a free two week trial. I've already registered my account and am going to play some games tonight.
As I said, theres a two week free trial, and every month after that, they are $14.95 a month.
I first heard about this watching an episode of Attack Of The Show on G4, and now I have seen a few commercials on Adult Swim.
I gotta say, this is a cool idea, and it works great.

EDIT: OMG this is so much fun. I've been playing games for hours. I even tried out Splinter Cell, but I don't like it. The game itself is cool, I just hate that I can't use my gamepad for it. I'll check out Pandora Tomorrow though, maybe that'll allow my Gamepad.
