[Some steps may need to be altered according to your base picture]

Step 1:
Duplicate your base. Set it to Screen - 20%.

Step 2:
Colour Balance;
Midtones - +20, -10, -20
Shadows - -30, -20, +10
Highlights - +10, +5, -5

Step 3:
Selective Colour;
Reds - -35, +10, +5, +15
Yellows - +20, +30, -30, -45
Neutrals - +20, -15, -10, +20

Step 4:
New fill layer - #6DCFF6 and set it to Colour Burn - 20%.

Step 5:
New fill layer - #DADADA and set it to Darken - 30%.

Step 6:
New fill layer - #FDC689 and set it to Soft Light - 20%.

Step 7:
Channel Mixer;
Red - +95, -3, +7
Green - -3, +105, -3

Step 8:
Select all and copy merged. Paste above all layers. Desaturate this layer and set it to Soft Light - 50%.

Step 9:
New fill layer - #2B0303 and set it to Exclusion - 15%.

Step 10:
Hue/Saturation;
Red - 0, +20, 0
Yellow: 0, -30, 0
