[Some steps may need to be altered according to your base picture]

Step 1:
Duplicate your base. Set it to Screen - 70%.

Step 2:
Selective Colour;
Reds - -50, +30, +20, +20
Yellows - +30, +15, -25, -40
Whites - +25, -20, -25, -45
Neutrals - +10, +10, -5, +15

Step 3:
Colour Balance;
Midtones - -25, -10, -20
Shadows - +25, +15, +35
Highlights - -20, -5, +15

Step 4:
Duplicate colour balance layer [step 3]. Set it to Normal - 40%.

Step 5:
Selective Colour;
Reds - +10, +25, +30, -25
Neutrals - -10, +5, +5, +5

Step 6:
channel Mixer;
Red - +95, -2, -3
Green - +2, +95, +5
Blue - +3, -2, +105

Step 7:
select all, copy merged and paste above all layers. Set it to Soft Light - 40%.

Step 8:
Add this texture by??? and set it to Colour Burn - 20%.
