(no subject)
setting: laura is at the college, quietly minding her own business on the computers in the library. she finishes her quia and rejoyces a little. since that is done, she exits out of the open windows, puts the french book back into her bag, gets up (pushing the chair in). she turns around to see a tall skinny man standing by the copy machine.
skinny man (saluting) : hi!
laura : ..hello?
she skampers off, not bothered by talking to strangers, seeing as how she makes most of her friends that way - but by how familiar yet.. unfamiliar he seemed to her. she scurries out into the hall, and turns back around. stalks around a little, and finds skinny man sitting at a table by the window. she sits in chair under the stairs facing him. pulls out her camera phone, and begins taking pictures. not knowing how to turn the shutter off on her new phone, she sits there looking creepy as she points the lens at skinny man occationally projecting what we will call "shutter noise".
