(no subject)
finally that bloody history class is over. i'll only be at the high school three days a week now, except maybe for rehersal and what not. so, get ready to miss me. and now that one acts are out of my hair for another four months, i can have a little more time for everything else. if only i had anything else. maybe i'll be able to start going to yoga again, maybe even regurlary now. i probably won't, but it's nice to think about.
january was a crazy crazy month. i'm still loving my job, it's nice to work two nights a week and still see the same paycheck. it makes my life a little easier when i have to do less, incase you didn't know. i've met some great people (crazy, mind you), that's a huge reason why i wanted to switch jobs, i really need to get back into the whole social aspect of life. i've kind of cut it out for just a few people, and i'm ready to expand again. that and i would very much like a girlfriend, but don't we all.
other than that, same old same old. i feel a sudden rush of free time comming to me, that i'm positive i won't know what to do with. i went to a show at the upfront last night with rachael. that place is great. i spent most of today wring a whole sentence and a half on my stupid paper about breasts. i can't believe how much trouble i'm having getting things from my head onto the paper. but it's a really great story - The story of the Breast - by natalie angier. she cracks me up. aperiently she has a book out that talks about everything (body part wise). and not that i read all that many books, but i'm thinking of looking into it. she's got a great way with words.
i didn't end up working this weekend. which is annoying since i only have one job now and i'm out of money. lazy america doesn't want to do anything on the super bowl weekend. if i liked football or any other aspect of people running into each other, that might just be alright. but since i don't understand the slightest thing about the game, and can't stand just watching sports anyways, it's still rather upsetting.
everlast is a great band (guy?). he has this wonderful husky black man voice, but i'm almost positive that he's white.
