Today my son ( a vibrant 6 year old who usually prefers computer games to the kitchen) decided that he wanted to cook.
Zenophran, in his wisdom, decided that chocolate crackles would be the go. Now I'm not sure why he would think this, as I'm sure he isn't all that fond of them.
I do remember mum teaching me how to make these way back. I remember them being messy and smelling like chocolate. My memory was being understated. There is now cocoa and coconut all over the bench, and I'm hoping that copha melts off the pans in hot water.
So - here is the recipe courtesy of
Kelloggs.
