Apex Relays Invitational track meet today. I ran in the 4 x mile at around 9:00 this morning--and we beat the [former] meet record of 22:32 by 12 seconds with a time of 22:20. All four of us in the relay PR'ed, which is always fun. ^___^ I PR'ed by about 8 seconds so my new mile time is 5:38.
But that was my only event for the day, so I spent the rest of the day until 3:30 running around and cheering and just generally sitting in the sun all day. Yay!
And...hmm...not much else of interest to say. I've still got to get a ton of pictures developed, and I swear I'll eventually post them. *shifty eyes*
