my week/weekend
Well it was a pretty crazy ass week for me. We got ourselves in a HUGE rut after paying off the tickets David got and our wedding. Well I thought I had a DAY to pay these bills, but next thing I know my electric was off and then my water.
Luckily my mom came through.. wow.. and she paid 480 dollars to get my electric turned back on that day. Mind you my bill was only 271.00. Then after that my Steven called to tell me the power was back on, but that now they had turned off my water. that bill was only 30 something and they charge 50 to take the lock off.
I didn't know what the hell I was going to do. I was paying like 200 dollars a week, which is cheep for my sitter to watch Corbin and Isaiah. I knew I couldn't afford it though. I called my ex, asked him to find a way to get my boys back home because I was having some issues monitarily. Thank goodness I told my babysitter all this and she said I'll watch him, don't worry about all that, how about you just pay me 100 a week.
It also didn't help that david had been taking so much time off of work. I have only missed one day off work and I've been there 4 months or more. OH.. well... Good thing I like my job and I like going to work.
We had a pretty good weekend, even though we had no money. David worked Saturday and picked
up his brother on his way home because he was off. Robert took all of us out to eat @ Golden Corral, we haven't been there in forever. Then we went to H.E.B. (grocery store) to get a few things for burgers that we were going to make for dinner. David and Robby, and I think my kids helped too, cleaned out the garage. They ended up jamming out later that night. I made some burgers and served them out in the garage.
Sunday we had to take Robby home so he could go back to work. David mowed the front lawn and Steven helped out by mowing the backyard.. totally awesome!!
Now the sad news, my grandmother isn't doing to well. She has a degenerative disk, and shingles. I don't know what else is going all. I just know that when I talk to her she has a hard time breathing. My mom took her out of the nursing home today, she wasn't happy there. She went to my moms house. My mom got her up for a little bit today and she was raspy and my mom said she looked really gray. She called an ambulance to take her back to the hospital. I haven't heard anything back yet. I'm really worried about her. She was more of a mother to me than my mom. Its really hard being down here and unable to help her.
Well it sounds like Corbin is a bit tired, so I'll go and put him down for bed. I hope you all had a good weekend.
