I just realized that I've been getting better sleep this year. I remember last year (and the year before) when I would toss and turn around in bed, trying to go to sleep. It got so bad last year that I frequently couldn't sleep until 4am in the morning, so couldn't get up for my 8am classes, and I would get drowsy in my other classes. It was probably cuz I was thinking about the parents not liking my boyfriend situation. But thinking back now, being in the relationship was not worth losing sleep over.
Nowadays I put my sleep mask on, close my eyes and BAM! I'm asleep. It's great. I've been getting sleepy less in classes (except for the occasional classes that are right after lunch, when I have a food coma), and I actually feel refreshed in the morning (when I wake up on my own terms).
