Added Amano shrimp into tank

So I added 3 Amano shrimp into Lily's tank over Thanksgiving break. At first Lily was really curious about them. And how does she satisfy her curiousity you ask? She tries to take a nip at them, as she usually does to anything she is curious about (she is such a glutton, hahaha), which freak the shrimp out, so they dart away, and Lily chases after them because she's like "moving thing!" So after a few days, the poor shrimp were hiding underneath the driftwood. I decided to put Lily into the 2.75gal critter keeper for a while so that she would not be as territorial. In the week that Lily was in isolation, the shrimp came out during the day and were really adorable. When I put Lily back into the 5gal, she totally ignored the shrimp. I think she now accepts the shrimp as part of the tank. The shrimp are still a bit jittery and still hide under the driftwood during the day, but they will occasionally come out, and Lily doesn't do anything to them, which is good. I just hope that one day, the shrimp will no longer feel scared around Lily, but we'll see, hahaha.

But I really like Amano shrimp now, and one day will have a shrimp tank full of them.
