Update on Felton's tank

So after around a month and some rearranging and trimming, this is how it looks. Recently I've started dosing my tanks with fertilizers, and I'm thinking of doing a DIY CO2 system over the summer.

I think the anubias (on the driftwood) are still adjusting to being submerged. A lot of the old leaves are starting to get brown around the edges, but there are new leaves growing in, so I'm not too worried at the moment.

I think only one of my italian vals made it. That one is shooting out long, beautiful leaves (as you can on the left), but the other one's leaves aren't really growing much. Hopefully the one that's thriving will grow shooters soon (after I move back home, that is).

The red dwarf lily just exploded with growth. It's the plant in the middle with the large round leaves. It's shooting a bunch of roots into the substrate, so I added a root tab next to it for some more nutrients. I had to trim away a lot of leaves at the beginning, but it has come back better than I expected, and I really like the look of the plant.

The water wisteria (plant on far right and floating), however, doesn't seem to be doing too hot. A lot of leaves are starting to die off, and I'm not too sure about the new leaves. Apparently they should be the easiest to keep, but I guess not in my case. I'll put a root tab next to them and we'll see how they turn out.

Long story short, plants that I will definitely consider getting again if I get another tank: italian vals, anubias, and red dwarf lily.

Oh, and here's a picture of Felton just because I rarely get such a good picture of him.
