I've been keeping careful watch over what I'm eating and the impact that it has on me, trying to build the correlation between my food and the upset belly that I've been getting. Over Thanksgiving I and II, I ate just about everything and had no digestive problems at all. This morning, still all good. However, now I have a very bubbly and upset tummy. What was different? Alas, it appears the culprit is cheese. I had no cheese at all this week until today. Today, I ate a bunch, some raw, and some in tortellini. It was soooo tasty, like cheese is. Apparently, I am paying for its tastiness in a proportional amount of discomfort.
Anyway, I'm going to try an avoid cheese for the next many days and see if the problem goes away. It's going to be tough; I really, really like cheese. Now, I am imaging cheese ending up in the same situation as cats - something I dearly love, but can never have. That will suck.
