S'been a while.
Extreme procrastination of 4 essays has led me to livejournal... wow haven't seen this thing for a while.
I think last time i was on here i was probably stressing about ucas, i'm at uni now yay :) and i love it. It's weird how i settled in so quickly and haven't even looked back on home. Now i'm away Hook seems so claustrophobic when i go back to visit it. I don't know how i survived before! I think i want to live in a big city when im older definately. My course is good however it is very varied, and there are always tons of presentations or essays or anatomy to worry about. If its not one thing its another.
But the first term i realised theres really no point in slogging your guts out about this course, because however much you learn there is still an entire universe worth of stuff you will never have time to learn. Meeting quite a lot of doctors calmed me down because most of them don't remember a thing they learnt in their first and second years. So clearly i can just learn the bare minimum and slack off more! whoo!
Saw Kings of leon yesterday, took a weekend off and stayed in Lincoln up north with Gabby. Was awesome, they are simply amazing live and are my new favourite band!! going to see them probably twice more depending on my budget, in swindon and birmingham. Dont think meeting them is likely seeing as they have so many completely obsessive fans .. ew! Stop hogging them and ruining it for everyone. They were so good live unfortunately i could only focus on them for 40% of the time when i was trying not to be pummelled against the front barrier (yes thats right FRONT ROW! SCORE!) or having my neck broken by crowdsurfers being dragged overhead by bouncers! It was so worth it though despite the warwounds.
Mmm maybe i should do some work..................
