I like money.
Okay...that sounds a little weird, but it's true. I like having money on me and in my checking account...I feel like I have the power to do things (like waste it on useless crap..heh).
But I'm a thrifty waster-of-money-on-useless-crap kinda gal. I went to Circuit city yesterday in hopes of finding cds from Thursday, Brand New, Franz Ferdinand, or Muse for under $10...and while I found Franz Ferdinand, it was like $12, which is my limit. I didn't want it enough to spend that much money on it, so I just got the Orange County DVD for $9.69, and the Rock Agaisnt Bush comp volume 1 for $7.99. Overall totall for purchases was a little over $17.00.
Pretty good, eh?
And the day before those two purchases (read: right after I cashed my paycheck) I bought the Donnie Darko DVD for $9.99 at Fred Meyers.
I love it when I find things that I love that are cheap.
But...I didn't find very many of the CDs I wanted, so I'm thinking I'll go to Musichead today and either trade in some CDs or sell some and use the extra cash to get some CDs there, or at least order them.
