well i am back in cape town now after serviveing the colds of the north.

nothing here has changed there was alredy a shoting at the local mall where some one tried to rob a amerd car in side wollies !!! 1st time i have herd of something like that so close

last night was hard to sleep with no anna the bed seemed more empty then before :( guess i must get use to it for a while
