What: L's tired of using the foot-mobile to try and make any sort of find when it concerns Mello drowning in mirror pools.
Warnings: *shrug* I dunno, no real warnings.
Notes: This isn't only for Mello, it's just that I'm figuring by now L would have gone looking rather than waiting for a random event to bring Mello around. For those of you who hate trying to figure out symbolism, it means L isn't gone, that L is here and that Mello should follow the arrows to the next set. Feel free to catch him doing it or to be smart enough to end up where he is. He's already anticipated it being decipherable and won't be in his main area of rest.
L wandered from hallway to hallway, still not having seen Mello again it grew his concern. There were no formal ways of communication and therefore L could only think of one way:
Use easy symbols in order to show Mello the way..
Residents may have caught him writing the directions he was sure Mello, if he were still there, could follow with ease even if it were him at a younger age. However, L wouldn't stay long in one hall, writing and moving in the proper direction, back to the room he occupied.
At least, the room that he was diverting those symbols too. He wasn't as stupid a person to simply lead people whom may be as intelligent in basic thought to where he truly rests his head.

He then continued on to the next location in order to get to his own destination, to wait and see if Mello picked it up, or who in this place was smart enough to realize half the symbols had no mathematical meaning.
