What: Ivanova wakes up in the attic and deduces that she was killed

Ivanova blinked her eyes, looking up at the ceiling of the attic. For a few long moments, she wasn't sure ow she had gotten here. When she did remember, she sat bolt upright, looking around in a near panic.
The attic again, like the time they had been marked.
She looked down, but the wounds she had received were done, even her clothing was repaired. Had she died? That was impossible, but it seemed unreasonable that she hadn't died with what had happened. But then, how was she here? Did this place capture souls? Was this part of the illusion? Or. maybe she had died outside of Io, and she was here because she was dead. Then what was this place? Hell, or a form of Limbo?
She stood up, shaken. What exactly was going on?
