Liz was also no stranger to these strange events that life tossed her way. What was strange however was being ready for one mission with the guys and ending up sliding, dropping out of no where and into a room. She gasped as she realized she wasn't at the HQ, spinning around to stare at the door, backing up into the room a bit, hand leveling to rest on her gun belt and dropping to the communicator. She flicked it on, a signal to tell the others she was around and come and get her. It also opened up communication channels that... didn't seem to work.

It also took her a moment to realize someone else was there, though at the moment she didn't have a good look at who. Her eyes adjusting to the new light of the room she frowned. "Hello? Blue? Is that you?" No, it most definitely didn't look a thing like Abe, but who could it be?

Well, there was something somewhat new and different for his usual luck; the first person he happened to see, a woman it seemed, was actually a person and not some strange creature who had very little idea of who or what it was, if it had ever been human to begin.

However, that didn't stop Leon from shifting his own hand just slightly as he saw where the woman's was located, prepared to draw his own gun if necessary, even as he answered her question. "I have no idea who 'Blue' is, but it isn't me. Who are you?"

Hey, courtesy could come later. Right now, information was more important.

She had come from a brightly lighted hall way into this dim room, so it had taken a moment to get adjusted to the light. Upon seeing him though she was sure she had never met him before. Her eyes scanned him, noticing the lack of BPRD logos. Not one of out agents.

Standing braced and ready, her free hand stayed to the side, a burning sensation in the palm of her hand was welcoming, though not a flame or color could be seen yet. It was more for her own comfort then anything else. She didn't shift her hand away from the gun however. Not yet. This situation was far too weird to relax yet.

"I might ask you the same question." She spoke carefully, eyes looking the man up and down for other signs to tell her who he might be.

Whoever she was, she was about as careful as him. Her hand remained at her side, and she seemed busy sizing him up, although considering his method of dress she probably wouldn't get a whole lot unless she could read subtler details, ones which would inform her that Leon had had some form of special training.

Still, given the situation, and his lack of wanting to start trouble when it wasn't necessary, he responded to the question of name first, hoping she'd return it after. "Name's Leon S. Kennedy."

She did catch some of those details, having some eye for trained people, but other then that she couldn't tell if he was an agent really, or just a well trained hunter of some sort. She had ran into all kinds after all.

When he gave her his name she thought it over, trying to think if anyone at the agency went by such a name. No, not that she could recall. Relaxing, just a bit, she took one step away from the door, hand still resting at the holster at her hip. "Liz Sherman." She replied in a careful voice, untrusting by nature.

"You know what's going on here?" Liz had seen many of weird things, houses like this tended to be haunted or worse. For some reason she was sure this wasn't the mission for the day.

Leon's eyes watched her as she moved to step away from the door, and although his hand never moved from where it was ready to draw, he did let his pose shift ever so slightly to be less aggressive in appearance, watching Liz as she spoke, and trying to determine if she was lying about her own confusion or not.

A very slow shake of his head would tell her he had no idea either, but he followed it up with a response. "None. I just showed up here."

"Just... took a step and here you were?" She asked carefully, though it also came across clearly that this was how she found herself here as well.

Her eyes drifted away form him as she looked around the room, though she didn't turn form him, ever ready if he made a move. Deep down she was hoping that HB or Abe would pop up behind her so she would be a little less alone and a little less worried that she just fell into some supernatural trap somewhere.

"More or less." He replied, but his tone showed that he wasn't really disturbed by it. Not yet anyway.

"Hmm." She just hummed lightly, taking a few more steps into the room, mostly to get a better look one way or another. There wasn't much here, though a lot of dust.

"Do you have a communication device? Phone? Does anyone know you're here?" She asked while glancing down at the blue light on her device, flicking it once more, off then on. Though she looked down she was keeping a clear line of sight with the other person in the room.

Leon hadn't even had time to really check if he had anything much on him, to be honest. He knew his gun was there, and his combat knife; those were easily felt by their weight, and how used to carrying them he was. Other things, he usually only considered completely when he was on a mission, not just doing his thing.

"Don't fire at me and I'll check." He spoke, moving his left hand slowly behind him, the direction seeming towards his back pocket.

'Don't fire at me...' He had said. There was humor in that statement, though Liz showed no amusement to it. Oh, 'fire' will be exactly what you get if you make any sudden weird moves, buddy. She thought to herself, though her hands moved from her sides, palms up to show him she wouldn't.

"I wont shoot." She said in honest truth. Not a bullet would leave her. Thankfully she wasn't one to toss a ball of fire around too lightly either, so all in all he was pretty safe.

The most likely outcome had she decided to fireball him would have been a quick dodge, so long as the thing was visible, followed by some comment about Umbrella. Yet, Leon had no intent to do anything funny or sudden, since at the moment he was treating this woman as possibly someone else utterly confused; if she showed different over time, he'd deal with it then.

After a moment, he removed his hand from his pocket and shook his head. "Seems my phone got lost." Or, as was potentially likely, he'd forgotten it at that exact moment he slipped. Amusingly, however, he found he had his lighter already shoved in his pockets. Priorities, what an amusing concept.

Thankfully she was a reasonably calm person even in drastic situations. Still, she would have liked it if the boys were around, either of them really, but what can you do.

"Figures..." She said slightly under her breath, not a bad comment, but that seemed to be how these things went. No phone or communications to the outside world. No clue where she was. Let's just hope it's the same universe. She thought, not sure she could handle anything more drastic.

"How long have you been here?" She asked, stepping back to the door and giving the handle a try. Locked, firmly.

The 'figures' actually got a small smirk from Leon. If she'd told him exactly what she was thinking at that moment, Liz may even have gotten a bit of a laugh, their luck was just that similar, although his case tended to be that there was no one living to communicate with, or his comm getting hacked by short albino-like men.

He watched her move though, shrugging his shoulders with a gentle movement. "Just a minute or two before you said something."

They both lead interesting lives, didn't they? Her hand slipping away from the door she looked back to him, catching the shrug with his comment.

"So you're just as clueless as our location as I am." It was a statement she didn't like to admit. At least he seemed like an able man. The combat knife and careful actions when she showed up were a mild hint to that. "Hunter?" She asked, testing the waters to see who this guy was and what he did.

The longer she stalled the longer she hoped Red would be behind her. So far... no luck.

Somehow he wasn't surprised she was able to call that he wasn't just a civilian, her own actions showed forethought and possible training. But hunter? He wasn't really that, so instead he just replied. "Military. Or more accurately, similar to the Secret Service."

It wasn't a lie, although Leon wasn't totally Secret Service since he tended to carry out missions for the President, as well as act as a guard to the first family, all depending on the situation at any given time.
