Who: Leo, anyone else
Where: The Perfume Bedroom, likely going into the hall of the second floor later.
When: Day 2, backdated to the morning
What: Leo finds the note in the Perfume Bedroom. Unfortunately for him, he's got a better sense of smell than he might like to at the moment.
Warnings: None.

He was relieved when dawn finally broke over the manor, having spent most of the impossibly long night in survival mode. Although he was tired, he saw no reason to slack off; how many patrols had he gone on in his own world while running on little sleep? But there was need for food, and the first thing Leo did was head towards the kitchen in search of a meal. He settled on bread and fruit, as well as slightly burned meat, having been unused to cooking at all, and made a mental note to learn more about it - in a place like this, he would definitely have to look after himself.

Feeling refreshed after his meal, Leo set off towards the second floor, not having been able to memorize it as well as the first. He planned to spend what he expected to be another long day searching this one, getting to know his surroundings - one never knew where one might need to defend oneself or run. Presently, he came into a bedroom with a rather pleasant scent, although it made Leo's nose twitch rather insistently, and he heard the pleasant sound of a woman humming. Curiosity overcame him quickly, especially after being on high alert all night, and Leo knocked and entered the room.

"Pardon me, miss, but..." the beastman drifted off as he realized no one was in there, consternation briefly overtaking his features for a moment. It must have been his imagination. Perhaps more sleep was in order, after all. As he turned to leave, something caught Leo's eye - something tucked inside a violin case, which peeped out. He approached and cautiously removed the bit of paper, reading aloud. "Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we must die. Can you taste it in the air around you?"

Well. That wasn't ominous at all, was it? Leo's nose twitched yet again, in annoyance as well as a result of the room's scent, and he was unable to hold back a loud sneeze.
