What: Terezi arrives at an inopportune moment
Warnings: Monsters, violence, potentially language
To arrive somewhere dark and desolate hadn't really unnerved Terezi (her species was nocturnal by nature), but all those horrible grinding and building noises were by no means comforting. Oh, that and the the monsters.
While exploring the hallway for a trace of a scent that would explain her whereabouts, she'd caught the scent of something much more sinister. And something sinister had caught scent of her.
Well, more like somethings.
Suffice it to say that the troll faced down a Chestmouth monster and won. She even managed to wound the second enough so it wasn't too much of a threat. But the third was too much for her, especially when she found herself getting more sluggish with her swords from the collection of wounds she'd acquired on her arms. Clearly, there was only one thing to do.
She quickly absconded to the first door she could sniff out (a library, by chance). As soon as she got in, she spun and slammed the door, leaning back against it to try to put some weight on it to keep the creature out. She could deal with the teal blood already trickling down her arms and not being trapped in a room once she was sure things weren't attacking her anymore.
