bread obsessed

So,thursday night after having had the Bread button pushed hard, I threw together a version Artisan Master Bread recipe. Threw in a plastic storage container and went to bed. I will say that it is pretty forgiving, as it sat for 6.5 hours before I got up and stuck it in the 'fridge.

I experimented right away with 4/2 split, 4 cups of whole wheat and 2.5 cups of bread flour. Slightly more water than the recipe calls for and stuck the lid on and went to bed.

today it made very nummy pizza. Pizza needs no rising. I like that.

Wendy: Basic recipe’s at http://www.artisanbreadinfive.com/?p=195. Olive oil recipe just swaps a quarter-cup of oil for that much water in the basic recipe, plus adds 1T sugar. Jeff
