(no subject)
Well... spring break came and went in a flash, just as I had expected. Oh well... hopefully the rest of this semester goes by just as quickly. 39 days until summer and 44 days until my birthday!!!
My audiology/intro to comm dis professor is retiring next week... thus 2 of my classes are finished as of then. I'll be down to 4 instead of 6. Not a huge difference, but at least I'll never have to be at a 7:30am class again this semester!!! Just wait until anatomy next semester... that isn't going to be fun =0( But I can't think about that right now.
I bombed my microbiology exam... 62%. Not so cute. It dropped my average big time. Grrrr.... I talked to my TA and he said Dr. Charba usually puts a curve on all the exams at the end of the semester and the lab counts for 20% which should help a lot. I hope he's right. I reeaaaallly hope he's right. But regardless, I need to ace the final.
Sooooo ummmm.... oh, the power regional in Mobile. We won. Yay! Barely though - by .15. It was a good feeling. After getting completely screwed over for the past couple of weeks, it felt like our hard work is finally paying off and someone is finally recognizing it. Michael asked me if I liked the Knights. It kind of caught me off guard. Yeah I definitely like it, and I hope I'm not giving the impression that I don't. But you'll always miss the programs you come from. It just takes me awhile to really come out of my shell. By awhile I mean a couple of years of being in the same place with the same people.
I have a lot of work to do this week... rehearsal this weekend and Easter on Sunday. My parents felt the need to go on yet another cruise. This time through the Panama canal. Anyway, they're leaving today and won't be back for a few weeks so I can't go home for Easter. So I'm spending it with Kyle's family. Should be fun. A little intimidating... his mom thinks I'm adorable, his dad thinks I'm insane. We'll see what other consensus is.
Alright, thats it for me. I had chem lab this morning, so between doing the work last night and dealing with the class this morning, my attention span has been completely expended for the week.
