THE BASICS Name: Christa Age: 34 Lives: East Coast, USA
INTERESTS Top 5 TV Shows: Currently: Bob's Burgers, The Conners, GLOW, Cobra Kai, Mr. Mayor Top 5 Movies: I don't have faves (my memory is too terrible), but the last 5 I watched and didn't hate: Hello Dolly, Promising Young Woman, Expedition Amelia...and that's all I can remember actually lol. Top 5 Books: Jessica Simpson's Open Book, L.M. Montomery's Anne of Green Gables, Carolyn Turgeon's Mermaid, Robin DiAngelo's White Fragility: Why It's So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism, James Clear's Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones Top 5 Video Games: Animal Crossing: New Horizons, The Legend of Zelda's Breath of the Wild, It Takes Two, Moon Hunters, anything The Sims Top 5 Musical Interests: Pretty much anything I can sing/dance to? I like a lot of musicals. Top 5 Fandoms: Animal Crossing, ADHD (can that be a fandom? I was only recently diagnosed), Bullet Journaling, Disney, idk fonts? Five years ago I would've said Harry Potter, but JKR's incessant gargling has made me distance myself a lot.
JOURNAL What kind of friends are you looking to make?: Friends who like to engage and interact. I try to read and comment on most entries on my friends page, so I'd most like a friend that enjoys commenting. Do you have any deal breakers?: Beyond the standard racism and homophobia, I don't have time for transphobia. I grew up Catholic but have separated in the last decade or so, and while I try not to hold my personal experiences with the Church against other religious people, I'll admit that sometimes it's hard because of my own biases. Also, I flail a lot about my partner, so if you hate reading about people's relationships then my journal is not the one for you lol. Anything else you'd like to add?: I've only gotten back into using LJ in the last few months and have been struggling to update, but I love reading/commenting!
I'm just popping in here to tell you that you're stuck with me :p I met a lot of my friends via HiH, and I think that those I'm still friends with are real friends? Like, we didn't just need that one interest to connect us? So aye. Yer stick with me ;)
