strikeout #2...buying a home bites my booty...
So again we are beaten out on a house by an all cash investor.
To make matters worse there is now a foreclosure hold set by the new stimulus package meaning that no new homes will be making their way onto the market.
There are plenty of homes on the market one might think but keep in mind, most of these homes people were forced to leave and they left that anger and frustration behind when they did.
I've seen everything from human feces spread on walls to "fuxk you countrywide" burnt into the carpet.
People strip the homes of the appliances to sell for whatever they can leaving the home a shell and disqualifying it from FHA standards which is what we need.
On top of that, I'm beginning to think that I'm the only one in this relationship who cares where we may end up living after we're married and that concerns me on more than one level....
I'm disappointed, frustrated. I feel cheated and lost. But moreso, I feel alone in all of this...
