Oh, MAinPA, there are SO many ways to annoy people with those kinds of alarms...if you know their address, get their number off AnyWho and get a disposable cell phone. Every time you hear it go off, call them up and complain that someone is stealing their vehicle. Activate their alarm at 3 am, then once per hour until morning. There are so many ways to deal with this problem, it's almost more fun picking out the correct one. :D
