I hate traffic cops..
Apparently yesterday they posted some signs up on the block while I was driving around about not parking on Fridays between 7 and 3 for street cleaning.
I got home at 2AM and didn't really notice the signs.
I woke up today to find a ticket on my care for $31..
I asked around to see if anyone else noticed the signs.. Because I almost could have sworn I didn't seen them last night...
Someone told me they posted them about 3 PM yesterday..
Way to give advance warning... And for the first time offenders on the first day, they could have at least issued one warning before giving out real tickets.
I am definately fighting this in court.. too bad I can't send them a bill for the travel expenses, and $15 an hour for how long it takes me to go there and fight it.
In the meantime, I'm also going to ask around and see if people want to go fight it with me.. If this happened to you, let me know.. Tuesday I am thinking of going down there and see if they notice that they are getting lots of rebukes from the same neighborhood, or from a lot of people over the same issue. I'd also love to see a judges face when I walk in with a whole mob...
