loss for words at the present
the reason why i haven't posted in the past forever is because lately i haven't felt like i have much of anything to say that's worth taking the time to type. now i'm starting to have withdrawls so in my deep study of the fabulous literary work, brave new world (god bless danielle guidry), i've pryed myself away from the orgasmic reading to rejoin the livejournal family.
this mardi gras...how should i put this...SUCKED. bad. really really bad. ok, i wasn't being tortured in my house all week or anything, but there was a serious lack of partying, which was prob. my fault, but i think after my parade kicked my ass, i needed a little break. riding a mardi gras parade was an insanely enjoyable experience, but i know i could have been drunk on the bayouside having just as good a time for a lot cheaper. lesson learned. So, bayou lafourche, i blame you not for my disappointing mardi gras. o, by the way, shout out to lurch's for housing the most drama at one mardi gras parade this year *bravo bravo*.
this thurs. i took a trek up to thib. to check out the night life with my pals whom i missed dearly. the night started off slow-i talked to a wall and an asshole in a matter of about 20 minutes, but i must say, i had a great time dancin' at last call with the ladies. *dance it off* as leah always told me, which is exactly what i did. i think if i could do one thing for an eternity it would be that-it ain't partyin' without a little booty shakin'. hopefully, i shall see more partying soon. you should too.
