[Right after their conversations with Bowser, Parakarry and Watt had set out to fulfill the orders given to them to beat up Falcon. However, when they found the captain the two hesitated it. They had only pulled of a couple of halfhearted moves that in the end didn't even touch Captain Falcon before the two fled.
Parakarry had already felt ashamed for hurting Goombella at that tea party but hurting another person that had never done him any wrong into the past was unbearable for him. Before Parakarry had fled, he spent the entire time reminding himself that he was doing this to protect his parents but it didn't help wash away the guilt and shame churning he was drenched in.
If his parents knew what kind horrible deeds he was doing as Bowser's lackey, even if it was done out of love for them, Parakarry was sure that they would be ashamed of him as well.
