Futuredated to Saturday - Para's Nightmare

Standing row by row, a mob of toad and koopa children pointed at Parakarry as they chanted "Paraclumsy! Paraclumsy! Paraclumsy! Paraclumsy!" in repetition while laughing mockingly.

"Look at him! He's already eight but he can't even fly yet!" cackled one boy.

"Keep your stuff away from him," warned another child. "If he isn't breaking something, he's loosing it! Remember when he kicked our ball into the street last week? Or the time he knocked over the teacher's coffee mug?"

"Stop it..." whispered the little paratroopa.

"Remember that time he got lost in the hallway and ended tripping into the janitor's cart?!" giggled a girl. "And he's not only clumsy, he's stupid too!"

"I'm...not stupid." sniffled Parakarry.

"Oh yeah?" a voice from behind ask. Suddenly, Parakarry a hand grab his shoulder as another rummaged through his backpack before they knocked Parakarry away.

"Guess who got another zero on his test?" chuckled a toad boy as he waved a piece of paper that came from the backpack.

"Give it back!" pleaded Parakarry as he tried to snatch it back but the boy and the other children merely laughed at him some more.

"Dumb clumsy and helpless!" a child laughed. "You're so useless, aren't you? No wonder no one likes you!"

"Stop it! STOP IT!" demanded Parakarry tearfully before running away, the children's laughs slowly growing more distant. "Mama! Dad!" he sobbed while racing toward his parents. "Mama! Dad! The other kids keep saying mean things to me!" he cried while latching to his mother's leg only for her to push him away. Parakarry sniffled. "Mama! Please!"

His parents just gave him a disaproving glare before walking away.

"Mama! Dad!" cried out Parakarry while desperately chasing after him but regardless how fast he ran, he couldn't keep up. "Please! I just wanna stay with you! Please! I love you! Please!" he called, his sight blurred from his tears.

His mother suddenly stopped to face him. "We tried so hard," she spoke solemnly, he face twisted in bitterness "We wanted to have a child so badly. One we could be proud of."

"I'll do anything you want!" he sobbed. "I just want you two to love me! Please Mama! I don't wanna be alone!"

"Instead we had you." she spat bitterly. "A selfish and useless child." With that she disappeared. Soon a darkness came over him.

When it cleared up, Parakarry found himself older, now donning his postal uniform. He wandered around, completely lost before his eyes widened with joy.

There standing in front of him were Goombario, Kooper, Bombette, Bow, Watt, Sushie, Spike and Mario.

"Guys....Guys!" He shouted with glee before pulling them into a hug. "Oh praise the Star Spirits! I thought I was alone!"

Suddenly Bow gave him a hard slap on the face, knocking him away. "Get away from us!" she yelled in disgust.

Parakarry sat up and looked at her in confusion. "Bow? Her face along with the others looked back at him cruelly.

"Stay away from us." demanded Kooper.

"Can't you see none of us want you?" Goombario added.

"Guys...what's wrong with you?"

"I wish I never let you join us." Mario said in remorse.

"The only reason we even took you in the first place was out of pity." Bombette laughed while kicking dirt in Parakarry's face.

"What?! But I thought we were...."

"Friends?" giggled Watt cruelly. "Is that what you were going to say?"

The group laughed.

"You're lucky we didn't just ditch you." Spike said with a sneer on his face.

"Go away. Can't you see we never wanted you!?" Sushie growled before spitting water at him.

Parakarry gazed at the group quietly, comepletely heartbroken before invisible hands started pulling him away.

"Guys! Help me! Please help! I don't want to be alone! I don't want to be alone!" cried out Parakarry but his friends merely laughed as the mail-troopa was dragged away. Soon everything became dark and quiet. When Parakarry came too, he found himself now a human, dressed in his school unifrom.

"You finally came to." a voice whispered.

"Who's there?!" Parakarry sat up and immediately  turned his head, looking for the voice.

"Over here." floating before Parakarry was a paratroopa garbed in a red bandanna, tied with a school pin and a black cap with the school's symbol in the front.

It was him....

Parakarry scooted away but his paratroopa form just inched closer and close until their noses touched. The paratroopa smirked menacingly as he stared into those lonely fearful eyes.

Parakarry just wanted to leave but his body refused to budge. His paratroopa grabbed his goatee and gave it a hard yank, causing Parakarry to wince in pain. "Bow....Kooper...Watt....Goombario." Tears were rolling down the mailman's eyes. "Mario....they...they all abandoned me..."

The paratroopa him just continued giving that cold smile. "Poor baby. " His face became more twisted as he petted one of his human form's wings. "Here. Let me make you....FEEL BETTER!"

Parakarry screamed in pain as he felt a handful of his feathers being ripped out. His was then pushed face first into the ground. He watched as his feathers molted off and fell to the ground until there was nothing left on his back.  Meanwhile, The paratroopa cackled in amusement as he flew in circles over him. "Poor little Paraclumsy!"  Parakarry shivered as he curled up.

"So tell me," the paratroopa asked mockingly, "how does it feel knowing that nobody loves you?"

bawwwwww!, shota
