(no subject)
So. New plushies. Pretty cool. I'd get both Sve and Fin in a heartbeat, but I was also saving for the DVDs and the One Coins, so.. yeah. I figure I could get the DVDs for my birthday if I have enough patience (which I probably won't) and then get a full set of One Coins and then sell off the ones I don't want (*looking at you, Greece*), and then /maybe/ have enough for one plushie. But I can't choose between my two beloveds ;; because I like Sve a lot more as a character, but he looks pretty weird plush-ed, and Fin looks so cute. Hmph.
In school today we got back our in-class essays that we wrote on our second day back from vacation, and I got a 95, which I'm pretty shocked about. I pretty much skimmed the book and I was positive that I would get at highest a C. Something tells me I'm not going to have to try very hard in English this year.
And so last week a local radio station that plays all sorts of random weird stuff that normal stations don't normally play played 1901 by Phoenix, which I'd never heard on the radio before, so I was all like ZOMG I KNOW THIS SONG and then they played it again the next day, which was kinda weird since that station hardly ever plays the same song twice, and especially not so close to each other. So yeah and then today on the way to school they played Lisztomania, which is my favorite song on the album, and I was like HOLY SHIT TURN IT UP and then that put me in a happy mood for the rest of the morning. But then school happened and made me depressed again >>
School has actually really been sucking. Like, the classes themselves are fine, but I fucking hate people. I hate when a teacher picks you to answer a question, and you have the right answer, but all the popular people are like, snickering when you talk. I hate that.
What else.. oh some girl that I'm acquaintances with randomly asked me to walk her to class. I was like 'Ummmm... sure..?' It was pretty awkward.
Oh well, new episode of Adventure Time on tonight. That's exciting.
