Glee 2.02 "Britney/Brittany"
Just for the record, I did make an entry for Glee's season 2 premiere last week but accidentally deleted it a few hours later (I deleted the wrong entry than intended) so there's a blank for reaction continuity towards season 2, but I'll try to keep doing this every week anyway. (Let's just hope I don't end up ONLY posting about Glee on a weekly basis here though)

Now as for overall review, the episode's a bit 'choppy'. It's another themed episode so we all know the lyrics/contents won't blend into the episode as smooth as usual, but still this feels worse than usual. I really loved the Madonna episode back in season 1, so I'm not sure what's wrong here. Maybe the transition into the dream sequences weren't editted good enough or something. Or maybe I just don't like Britney Spears' songs as much as I used to. XD;
Still, Toxic was extremely hawt unfff but Jacob and that lady really ruined it for me. I KNOW THE PERFORMANCE IS HAWT BUT YOUR UNFFF-ING TO IT ONLY MAKES IT CREEPY. There's a reason why I try my best to tone down my fangirling in public. 8T And the last song was very beautifully executed by Rachel as usual. Except that I'm starting to get bored of this pattern of having Rachel sing a sad song at the end of every episode so far. Can I hope for the next episode being ended by a sad song by Kurt then?
I don't mind Finn/Rachel, they do get cute sometimes, but I think they just keep getting more and more damaged that I'm starting to make a countdown in my head for them to break up. Again. I mean, seriously, I may be biased but even Finn and Kurt seem to have a more healthy relationship (as twisted as it is)! But that scene just shot down any chance for anymore Finn/Quinn. :( I really loved their dynamic in season 1, so sad to see it has really ended that way...
Oh right, BECKY YOU ARE THE CUTEST!!!!!! I never thought someone with a Down Syndrome can be this cute d'aaaaaawwww I wanna hug her so bad. DX I admit I'm one of the people who have been looking down on mentally-handicapped people because I've had my own bad experiences with some relatives who are the same, but Glee gave me the realization that not all of them are like that... :) but not my relatives, I still have a grudge on them
Also watched the promo for next week's episode. I need to prepare tissues next week :((((
