ZOMFG I hope I'm not jinxing this but I might have just found the most amazing journal article ever. Have read the abstract and it sounds like it contains the answer to all my questions about how the f*ck is cell survival still NMDA dependent when they don't even receive glutamatergic input at the age I'm looking at.
