CHANGE~...
today was the inauguration of barrack obama and the start of the 2nd week of my last semester. watching it on tv was amazing, his speech was on-point and wasn`t sugar coated. even though i reallllyy wanted to go back to DC to attend, i stayed here in richmond (for the most part). i`ve literally had the tv on all day, hAHa, even when i wasn`t here, just so when i walked back in i could watch more on the inauguration activities. i had planned to go home over the weekend to attend celebrations and luz`s son`s citizenship party, but was told to stay in richmond, mEh. instead of staying in richmond, i went to charlottesville for one night to visit our camel. i think i saw nora on tv on sunday, she went to the lincoln memorial celebration. today is also nathan`s birthday, happy birthday nathan. he, paul and some others went to the mall today to witness history. i wonder how their view was, hEh. liam called me today while i was getting coffee w/ inji and he asked "did you see the president on the tv today?! we saw the old president and the new president walk to the helicopter and the old president went away in it." he later called again using skype on the computer. he`s frikkin` 3! lara has produced genius children, hAha. all in all, an amazing day for america.
speaking of change, i have re-dyed my hair.. surprisingly though, it turned out whitish gray.. even though i wanted to try this a while ago, i had recently bought a box for light ash blonde. i think i`ll keep it for a little, hair needs rest. speaking of rest, i need to get ready for bed. it`s unlike me to take morning classes, this semester however i start every day by waking up at 8am and going to bed before 2am. may not sound early for some, but for me, that`s a big change.
