More Sewing
I've started on two new hand-sewing projects.
Last night I went on a whim and made myself a kercheif out of some cotton voile. Which should please some certain people who are offended by the amount of bosom I show while in my regency corset. (*cough*Heather*cough*)
The hem in hand-sewn. Not my best work, but hopefully no one will ever be looking that closely. :-D
I also started on an embroidered pocket. It's made form some of the left-over lining from my Canadian Corset. The embroidery pattern is one of those iron-ons you get at fabric shops. So far I've done the leaves and have started the centre of the flower, using french knots. I finally got the hang of them thanks to a YouTube video, and they're really fun to make!
