Yay, so I had stuff to write about.... Firstly sorry to all for yesterday's post which was truely far far too long for most sane people to read (luckily for me, no-one who reads this is actually entirely sane so all is well). Next, after, yesterday's oh-so brief touch on the subject of music, I felt it was necessary to elaborate further one the new releases available this year, for as a wise, half-hispanic man once said "Hmmmm... exciting year for album releases pour El kevo!
Garbage: New album, the last one is currently in play's easter sale for a great price, go buy quick quick! Listen and enjoy the rocky, metally, punky weird stuff that it is! It's quite heavy in places so if that carries on to the next record then yours-truely will certainly be happy :). Not much news on this one really, site's not great... Sorry Shirley...
Ian Gillan: Its out so soon too! Going by the name of Gillan's Inn the album features tracks from Gillan's illustrious past (as frontman of Deep Purple and Gillan - his own "solo" band for those who dont know) but performed with the artists he wanted to work with and record with. These include amongst others Ronnie James Dio, Tony Iommi and Joe Satriani. It's a 2 disc set and is released on the 17/04/06. At only £8.95 on play, that is just too good...
Hammerfall: One I forgot to mention ages ago, and a massive one for me. Hammerfall are modern, melodic power metal at its best! Truely awesome and a new album on the way before the end of the year with any luck! Yeah! Rockin! They are ready to enter the studio and have got two more rehearsals lined up before they do so... could be good!
