Recent Activity
Recently I haven't been posting because I'm too busy too. Busy in good way not a bad way though. Since the last time I've posted I've been two Sapporo twice. Once for a JET conference and once for my Japanese 3kyuu test. Both went well so I'm happy about that. Now I'm studying for 2kyuu (the next level in difficulty) my test for that is in July. Even if I study my butt off for it there is chance I still won't pass since its so hard. But not going to let that get me down. I'm actually going to say what one of my students said. "If I don't pass then I won't regret it because I worked really hard" That is an actual quote too not a Japanese - English translation of a quote. Her English is really good.
Alex and Parker took 2kyuu while I took 3kyuu. Alex said "I think I passed..." and Parker said "If I passed I pulled it out of my ass" So yeah its a lot harder. For 3kyuu it says you only need to know 300 kanji but for the next level up you have to know 1000. Crap. I better get studying.
Other happenings: I'm going to go to the Biratori Handicapped school for the first time next Wednesday and I'm super stoked. I get to wear a jogging suit, I get to eat school lunch with them, and after lunch I get to play games with them. How fun is that, right!?
Another thing is this Friday I'm going to my friend Rumi and Ryosuke's wedding party. Then Saturday I'm going to some of my students musical. I"m really excited about the musical only so so excited about the wedding party...
