Okay. So I got back a major assignment today.
It was worth 50% of my grade...
I hadn't really put that much effort into it...doing it the night before and all, as is my way. I had just finished my teaching internship after, so I was a little brain fried...
Anyhoo, I got an e-mail from the lecturer asking me to come and see him, so I started freaking out a little...
Seriously, I was stressing about having to repeat the subject, forcing me to add on a whole new semester of uni...
Turns out, I got a High Distinction.
He called me in to congratulate me...
Me...a high distinction....
My brain still hasn't come to terms with it.
Why is it that I do well on things when don't try, but if I sit there and work on it, I end up doing crap.
I have made a resolution. I am never trying again. NEVER!
