Medical Info: Is a tengu. Otherwise, perfectly healthy.
Eyes: Green.
Hair: Black.
Physical traits: He's tall and lanky and very pretty. He has white wings which he keeps magically hidden most of the time, but he's not exactly careful about keeping them out of sight. USUALLY he wears long robes, but when he's in town (or in this case, camp) he'll switch to suits/pants and shirts/really gay looking things. 99% of the time he'll be carrying Muu-chan around with him. The other 1% of the time he'll be crying hysterically trying to find her.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: I'd rather not do the fictional thing, but otherwise he's good.
Abilities: Sugino is a tengu, so he's naturally stronger and faster than humans. He can fly, and has a fan thing he can materialise and fight with. He says he was a magician before he became a tengu, so he knows... something, but all his fights tend to be of the hilarious fail variety SO YOU DON'T REALLY SEE WHAT HE CAN DO. A lot of his power is confined to the mountains he's the god of, so he doesn't have access to his full abilities; not that he'll bother with them anyway. Then there's Muu-chan. Muu-chan is quite possibly stronger than Sugino when she wants to be, being able to suck up spells and banish his mackerel poisoning. Muu-chan's abilities are even more inexplicable SO I WILL JUST NOT TRY >.>
Notes for the Psychics: It amounts to "MUU-CHAN ♥" and "humans suck". Sugino doesn't bother hiding anything, though he was quite the tool when he was younger and has actually gotten less obnoxious. So. Memories of being a complete prick?
