Proud Moment
I went for a walk yesterday and met an elderly lady on my way. She was walking to her sister's at the end of the road, while I was walking towards my in-law's (beyond the end and then some) So, she stuck up a conversation. And I was able to keep up. I didn't revert to English. I only once needed her to clarify what she said. It was the first random conversation with a stranger that didn't end because of my limited vocabulary.
