Ready to go home.
Maine has been... very hot. Yesterday was the first day that I could comfortably fit into my wedding band and engagement ring without fingerfat squeezing over the top. Town has been dead, except on weekends, and there are vacancy signs everywhere. Since the economy is in such trouble here, John and I have managed to single handedly keep the restaurants afloat. We're nice like that.
My parents brought Daisy up last night and happy doesn't begin to describe our reunion. We love that little puppy a lot.
