OK, I get it. It costs money for them to keep their records up to date on donors who have agreed to someday be contacted by the children that they helped to create. I think that I'm more annoyed that we have to purchase 2 vials for each treatment session. This makes our potential monthly costs 860 or 1060. We are almost 100% sure that insurance will not cover the donor sperm.
We should hear next week what our insurance will deign to cover.
