Mmmmmm . . . tea
Roulette and K-baby came to fetch me yesterday, and we met up with Moonchild (not to be confused with Moonled who was working) at Chelmsford Tea. I wanted to invite Kender and Psilence, but they are plagued by a "sinus infection from hell" (Psi's words) and needed rest more than an outing. So the four of us sampled teas and chatted with the extremely interesting lady working the counter who not only is quite crafty but also quite Crafty. She recommended a book called Natural Magick in the course of conversation, and Moonchild got very excited upon seeing the cover because she realized she'd read it. She added a glowing recommendation, so since she and I are extremely similar of magickal mind, I now need to see if I can lay hands on a copy (it's apparently out of print). K the Chelmsford lady also told us about a great magickal shop in town, so Moonchild, Roulette, and I are already planning a visit when I come home in December, and hopefully Kender, Psi, and Nay (and maybe Lynlee) can join us.
An outing with my alternatively-minded friends . . . that's something to get me through the next four months.
