Normally, ghosts of the dead unable to pass on, animal spirits, malicious spirits formed from lngering emotions in a place. That kind of thing.

But here, I get the feeling I'm going to have judge things on an individual basis.

As shinigami and arranar could indeed, in some ways, be classified as "ghosts" by some societal standards. And I would not advise attempting such services on shinigami or arrancar.

I can't say much for this city yet, but if what I've seen is any indication, you've got at least as many troubles with spirits here as people do back in my world.
