Two-Week Vacation!
It's finally time for my boyfriend's two weeks of leave before his deployment to Afghanistan, and we're going to be spending the time together all over the nation. If anyone is in any of these areas, we'd love to chill, bar-hop, shoot the shit... Whatever! xD
I'm flying out to Las Vegas, Nevada on February 25th, and we'll be staying at the Pink Flamingo hotel for the weekend. After that, we're going to spend the rest of the week in the SoCal area, probably San Diego and any other place where friends might want us to go. If you happen to be in the area, want to hang out and maybe provide us with crash space, let us know!
After a few days in California, we're going to embark on the grueling road trip to my home in Nashville, Tennessee. So if any of you happen to live near I-40 in New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, or Arkansas, we can easily take a break in your area so we can grab a bite to eat or something. More specifically, we could really use a place to crash at about mid-way through the trip, so if anyone could provide a place for us to stay overnight, we'd be incredibly appreciative!
Once we're in Nashville, we're going to spend a few days there before making our way down to Atlanta, Georgia so Brad can spend some time with his family, there. Once again, if anyone in that area want to hang out with us, just say so! The trip will end with us heading back up to Nashville when he has to fly back out to California to leave on his year-long deployment.
If anyone would like to make plans with us during our trip, or want to exchange numbers to meet up at some point, just say so! We're totally nice guys and love to have fun! :D
I probably won't post again before the trip, and I'm not going to have much 'net access outside of my phone, so like I said, if anyone wants my number, now's the time to ask. After this trip, I'm planning on making it to a few cons: FWA, MidSouthCon, MTAC, and FCN, so I'm sure I'll be seeing a lot of you in the coming months, if not during my vacation.
