Jane passed away tonight, I think around 8. They took her off all forms of support earlier today and the fact that she went so quickly (I was prepared to spend the next day with the dogs, and my mom the day after that) is a testament to how weak she really was. Some are managing to be rather accepting of this, but I can't. She's gone, it isn't fair, and I hate the whole set of events.
Seeing Steve reminded me that despite its beauty, love can be equally a terrible thing.
My cousin Missy's daughter Skylar spent the day with me today. I've never watched so much Disney Channel in my life. Not even when I was 7. We didn't get the Disney Channel when I was 7. Anyways, I'm home now, and eating
Parrano cheese, which is apparently a food which provides great comfort. I have photos of the pups I spent the last two days with.
Mariska, an 11-week old
Kuvasv.
Gigi, a 6-year-old Siberian Huskey.
This should give you an idea of how huge Mariska will be.
Mariska being cute. This was a hard shot to get, her nose was usually against the camera lens.
My favourite shot, of Gigi sunning herself.
It's a sad night. Fortunately,
Jeph Jaques (
qcjeph)
never fails to make me laugh.
