And it was good.

Hello, world.

Got my hair cut again (yay!), only not as short as it was previously. Still, I am happy with it. After, Adam (
thestraymutt) and I went to Borders, where I went on an ohmylordIhavetimetoreadthingsagain purchasing rampage. I got a nice cross-section of stuff, actually, for me:
3 romances:
1 Vampire - Just One Sip
    1 Gothic - Tiger Eye
1 Regency - Bedding the Heiress
1 YA Fantasy novel - Sabriel, which I read a million years ago but don't remember anything except that it's about necromancy--
lberghol has done some pretty fanart
1 mystery - The Silver Pigs, first in the series about ancient Roman crime which includes See Delphi and Die-- see here
1 DVD - Pan's Labyrinth, only the greatest movie ever

Anyways, productive. Adam and I watched some more of season 1 of Scrubs (which is seriously the funniest show). We're nearly done with the last dvd. Both my parents' and brother's flights came in tonight, at the same time despite the fact that they should have arrived at vastly different times. Lots of airport circling for Kelly. It's weird to have people and sounds in the house again. Casey, of course, only stayed around long enough to dumb his stuff, open belated birthday gifts, and shower, but he's excused as he'll be helping me to move furniture tomorrow.

I leave you with a couple of videos. The first, a reference from
gmudemocrat  is an informational video about Facebook in the guise of an eHarmony spoof. It's well done, and very funny. The second is an animated music video I was tipped to by
binsybaby . It's adorable, and also very well done.
