terms and conditions
GENERAL
« first come first serve basis (for limited items/posters and instock items);
« preorder/order is placed with supplier every 15th and 30th of month;
« items that are released after order closure date (i.e. 17th of the month) will be shipped with the next order;
« arrival of items estimated to be 1-2 weeks after order placed on 15th or 30th;
« posters (if any) are on while-stock-last basis;
« all apparels will be opened for checks once i received them from Korea;
« sale is for international and local buyers within Singapore (unless otherwise stated)
PAYMENT
« price indicated is for sale within Singapore only & exclude postage (if applicable);
« FULL PAYMENT to be in before 14th (order on 15th) and before 29th (order on 30th);
« payment received within a week of payment deadline (14th or 29th) will be rolled over to next order date (e.g. you order on 13th but only pay on 16th - your order will be on the 30th);
« no payment received after 2 payment deadlines will be automatically deemed forfeited;
« SINGAPORE
1. POSB/DBS: ATM transfer or Internet Banking details will be emailed/PMed to buyers
« INTERNATIONAL
1. Paypal (in USD) +5% Paypal fee: account details will be emailed/PMed to buyers
COLLECTION
« SINGAPORE
1. collection by meetup only
2. postage is only available upon special request and mutual agreement & will be bear by buyers (sent using Singpost only):
- normail mail - S$2.55 (1 magazine/CD) or S$1 (1 card) + S$1~2 (handling) + S$1.50~2.50 (for poster tube)
- registered mail - normail mail + S$2.25 (registered fee)
« INTERNATIONAL
1. postage will be bear by buyers (sent using Singpost only):
- normail airmail - check international rate + US$2~3 (handling) + US$1.50~2.50 (for poster tube)
- registered airmail - normail airmail + US$1.80 (registered fee)
EXCHANGE/REFUND
« torn or wrong size/color apparel : upon collection, please check your apparel properly - once accepted by buyer there will be NO exchange/refund!
« by saying "wrong color" it means "i order BLACK but you gave me RED" - pls understand tat slight difference in colors will not be an eligible reason for exchange/refund because photos shown are for illustrations only and actual item will usually defer slightly.
« wrong album/single or unplayable/unreadable CD/DVD : report 3 days upon collection, after which there will be NO exchange/refund!
« wrong/damaged mangas : check on spot of collection - once accepted by buyer there will be NO exchange/refund!
