Well...kind of an interesting day today. After finally waking up with my alarm, the first time in two weeks, I actively caught my roommate turning it off. Just as I woke up. Unfortunately, there's a reason to my snoozing...in that although I might be dragged from the depths of sleep on the first ring, it doesn't mean that I won't fall back asleep. So, as a result, I slept through class and woke up at 9:40. Wayyy too late to make it to class. So I decided to go back to sleep and wake up around 11:30. I woke up at 10:30 due to the heat. Wayyy too hot in the apartment. Managed to get back asleep, then woke up again at like 11:20 before the alarm, again because of the heat. Y'know, I don't care how much it really costs...is saving money really worth having the apartment at a blazing 84 degrees? I swear it was cooler outside. Insanity. So I dragged myself together, went to class. Work. The same old stuff. Work kinda sucked. Although this Italian couple who were buying things for their family were kinda funny. I was working the dressing rooms, and they were in, trying on things. And the girl (girlfriend?) kept looking at me after a while. Finally asked to use my shoulders as a size indicator. Quite interesting I tell you. I think that's the first time I've ever been asked to model, even though it wasn't quite a traditional modeling experinece. But anyway, it was pretty funny. And they were hot too. LOL. If they did a porn together, I'd watch. Ok, that was bad of me. But whatever.

Dinner was uneventful. Nobody wanted to come over...I finished off the spaghetti sauce in the jar. Now I have a bowl of noodles left and two bowls of sauce. Looks like spaghetti's on the menu for quite some time. I'll survive somehow, I think. So that was that. Then kinda bummed around for a bit. Did some studying...minor, little details. Then Wing asked me if I wanted to go chill in Westwood at Starbucks or something, since he didn't want to come over to play Bomberman. Said I'd settle for Coffee Bean, so we did that. I don't quite remember what we talked about...just another rambling conversation. School. Life. Stuff. The basics.

So on the way back we're walking up Weyburn Pl, and this guy's passed out on the side of the road. Well, either passed out or dead. It was kinda freaky. I didnt' even notice him until Wing suddenly started speaking in Chinese. Totally weird. It was definitley kinda freaky. I mean, why do people get so drunk that they'll pass out on the road like that? It's one thing to pass out in your friend's apartment, totally another to pass out on the side of the road. I really hope he wasn't dead. Oh well. I've got work all day tomorrow. And all day Sunday. And two midterms to study for. Can we say I'm dead?

Just finished a short little call with Peter...catching him as he's packing up. Must say that I admire him for just packing up his life like that and moving cross-country. I had a ton of questions to ask, but his phone was dying. Sadness. Maybe if he stays out there during winter I'll be able to see him. But yeah...when opportunity comes along, I guess sometimes you just gotta grab it, no matter what. His education's on hold, life in Oregon's done. Best of luck bud.
